I got the wax and protection added, and I’m thankful I did. After it rained, the car stayed noticeably cleaner than usual, and the shine held up for a couple of weeks. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price, I’m happy with the results

The service was fine overall, but the pricing online felt a bit vague upfront. I mean, shouldn’t it be easy to know what you’re paying before you book? It wasn’t a terrible experience, but clearer costs would’ve made everything feel a lot smoother.

For me, Autobell is in a super convenient spot since it’s right near the places I’m usually running errands. I can stop by without feeling like I’m going out of my way, which I really appreciate. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I still thought it was a good experience.

My first impression was really good. I paid online without any issues, and the charge showed up right away for exactly what I expected. No surprise fees or weird add-ons, which I always appreciate.

I booked an appointment, but still I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. The line system felt kind of messy to me, and some cars that came after looked like they were going in before me. The wash itself was okay, not bad, but the scheduling definitely needs better control.

I don’t see what there is to complain about here—they had spots open after work, which made it super easy for me to fit it into my schedule. It was really handy and saved me a lot of hassle.

I keep going back because it’s convenient, but they really need to take some responsibility for the hit-or-miss quality.

Things from my console had been moved around, my kid’s sunglasses somehow ended up under the seat, and a few receipts got wet. I understand they have to move things to clean properly, but there’s a right way to handle someone else’s belongings. Nothing major was missing, but it felt careless and kind of disrespectful. I left more annoyed than satisfied, and I don’t think I’d go back

I stopped by Autobell for a quick exterior wash after seeing a few people mention it, i was happy with how it turned out. My car had a ton of dust and bug marks on the front, but it came out looking clean with no weird leftover spots. The wheels looked noticeably better too. For just a basic wash, it was quick, easy, and better than I expected. Curious if other people have had the same experience there because I’d probably go back.

I took my car to Autobell mainly to get the inside cleaned up. It definitely looked better than when I dropped it off, but there were still crumbs around the seats and some sticky spots left in the cup holders, which you’d think would be basic to catch.
